WELCOME

I stayed at the hotel last Friday through Sunday. I had contacted them beforehand by email. I booked a single room and upgraded to a plant leave room. Thanks, Tessa and Charissa. A staff member showed me to my room, who happened to be heading that way. Beautiful! (Coffee &) Kettle Clipper! Tissue box on the desk. Bathroom stocked with Rituals! products. Body lotion too! Use of a bathrobe and slippers. Air conditioning (which I rarely used) and an open window. I was seated on the side of the park. Lovely view of the canal and five swans. Very quiet. You couldn't hear a thing, and otherwise you had earplugs. Breakfast had so much choice. Eggs prepared in various ways, hot English breakfast, pancakes, rolls, fruit, salad, cheese, fish and cold cuts, sweet toppings, pastries, cupcakes, yogurt, and probably more I'm forgetting. Plenty of choice! Common areas, nice sofas, armchair, and tables. Really enjoyed the relaxing stay. Good service. Helpful staff. Up for a chat. Location next to the city center, large supermarkets, and bus station. Ideal!
