Meet OUR chef

Mijn naam is Nouredine Bahaj, een Brabander in hart en nieren, geboren in 1977 in het inspirerende en zonnige Casablanca.
Elke gast probeer ik kennis te laten maken met een nieuwe beleving door te werken met onbekende producten met o.a. Arabische en Aziatische invloeden. Voor mij is het mooiste product in de keuken het product waarvan ik weet dat er liefde, tijd en aandacht aan is besteed. Ik kook alleen met natuurlijke en eerlijke producten en speel vaak met structuren van ingrediënten, waardoor ik ieder gerecht een wauw-factor geef.
